4.75 added glider attachment to car (more here later)

4.77 fixes crash damage, changing from random amounts to damage according to impact speed for all cars.

This fundamentally changes the game, making crashes at high speed cause more damage. Very small crashes can now cause 0 damage, but all still cost just a dollar.  (You must have a great lawyer.)
