Install instructions

Download rar file, unzip, open folder, run exe.

If Windows tries to save you from the exe file, hit "More info", then "Run anyway".

Your computer may need to install a 2015 Visual C++ Runtime if it hasn't already. I will include it in future releases, now that I know.
